Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Direct To Garment (DTG) Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in garment printing, with a focus on high-quality output and efficiency. This role involves operating advanced printing equipment, ensuring colour accuracy, and maintaining the production workflow. The successful applicant will contribute to delivering customised apparel solutions while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations. Previous experience in fabric printing and familiarity with warehouse environments are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Operate Direct To Garment printing machines with precision to produce vibrant, high-resolution prints on various fabrics.
- Prepare garments and materials for printing, including loading and aligning items accurately.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly, utilising mechanical knowledge and hand tools as needed.
- Assist with fabric preparation, including cutting, sewing, or fabrication tasks when required.
- Manage inventory of supplies such as inks, fabrics, and tools, maintaining organisation within the warehouse setting.
- Perform heavy lifting of garments or materials safely to facilitate smooth production flow.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while upholding quality standards.
Skills
- Proven experience operating Direct To Garment printers or similar textile printing equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and sewing equipment for fabric-related tasks.
- Experience in fabrication processes or garment assembly is advantageous.
- Warehouse experience including inventory management and organisation skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during production processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure colour accuracy and print quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
