Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of apartments spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure optimal hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of wor
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks within allocated timeframes
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
