After school Art Club Teacher / The Art Trolley

About us
The Art Trolley runs creative art and craft clubs in local primary schools in Tonbridge, and has done since 2010. We create playful, imaginative sessions that help children build confidence and self-expression through painting, drawing, mixed media, and sculpture.
The role
We're looking for an experienced, reliable artist-teacher to independently deliver two of our after-school art clubs, planning and running sessions for primary-aged children on their own.
Responsibilities
Independently deliver engaging, well-planned art and creativity sessions for primary school children
Set up and pack down materials at each school
Support children's creative development in a warm, encouraging way
Transport art materials between sessions
Requirements
Experience working with primary school-aged children (teaching, art tutoring, or similar)
Confidence managing a group of children solo
A genuine passion for art and creative education.
Own car: essential for transporting materials and travelling between schools
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Based in or near Tonbridge
Schedule
Two clubs per week in Tonbridge. Each club runs for 1 hour (from 3pm to 4:30)
Pay: £30.00-£50.00 per hour
