You will be a talented and passionate chef who takes pride in their craft and is committed to delivering memorable dining experiences. You will also bring strong culinary skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example while working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team.

- Prepare and cook food items with precision, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met.
- Manage your designated section efficiently, coordinating with other kitchen stations to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, garnishing, and plating dishes.
- Monitor stock levels within your section, communicate needs for ingredients or supplies, and assist with inventory control.
- Collaborate with the head chef and team members to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally during service hours, ensuring guest satisfaction is prioritized.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen equipment operation.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and cleanliness.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining flexibility for special requests or modifications.
- Prior restaurant experience is highly preferred; serving experience is a plus but not required.
- A genuine passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
