Salary: Up to £31,492.50 per year / £13.78–£14.25 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 or 42.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm

Responsibilities
- Lead your room to deliver outstanding Early Years care and education
- Maintain a safe, organised and stimulating learning environment
- Keep accurate records and ensure nursery procedures are followed
- Model best practice in line with EYFS and regulatory requirements
- Inspire, mentor and support your team of practitioners
- Assist with the induction and development of new team members
- Support the Managers and fellow Room Leaders to maintain high standards across the setting
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader experience
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Positive leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
- Passionate about delivering exceptional childcare and education
- Eligible to work in the UK
