We are currently hiring Experienced Structural Engineers. The role will entail working on an interesting portfolio of projects, within the Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Defence sectors.

In this role, you will:
- Lead structural and civil engineering projects from concept through to completion
- Provide technical guidance, design oversight and mentoring to junior engineers
- Work closely with clients, architects, contractors and other key stakeholders
- Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and quality standards
- Help shape innovative, practical and sustainable engineering solutions
- Support the continued growth and development of the business
- Be involved in a variety of small to medium-sized design projects & structural inspections.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Self-motivated, Incorporated or Chartered with ICE or IStructE, or actively working towards
- Experienced in leading multidisciplinary structural and civil engineering projects
- Confident in client-facing, technical and commercial environments
- Skilled in design, analysis, project delivery and team leadership
- Committed to quality, collaboration and professional excellence
