About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, friendly and customer-focused Self-Employed Home Delivery Driver to join our growing team at Premier Whittlesey Convenience Store.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for regular, part-time work with fixed weekly shifts. You'll be responsible for delivering convenience store orders directly to customers' homes throughout Whittlesey and the surrounding areas using your own vehicle.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, is dependable, and enjoys working independently.
Available Shifts (From September)Week 1
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Week 2
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Additional shifts will become available to cover holidays, sickness and busy trading periods.
Pay
- £3.50 per completed delivery

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer grocery orders safely and efficiently.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Use the delivery app to navigate and complete deliveries.
- Handle customer orders with care.
- Communicate with the store regarding any delivery delays or customer issues.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, reliable and roadworthy vehicle.
- Represent Premier Whittlesey in a professional manner at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Valid Hire & Reward insurance.
- Smartphone with mobile data.
- Good knowledge of Whittlesey and the surrounding area is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Friendly and confident dealing with customers.
- Able to work independently and manage your own time.
