Monday to Friday 9-5pm
Regional across Belfast, Northern Ireland

This role will require you to manage in different homes giving you the opportunity to experience management in a range of homes galvanizing your experience as a Nurse Manager. This will give you experience managing different care categories in different homes.

The role:
· You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
· Leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home
· To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-centerer philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals
· Maintain a consistently high Standard of clinical and social care.
· Writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate
· Ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
What we’re looking for
· You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse
· x2 years experience in a Nurse Manager role in the Care home sector.
· A Valid UK NMC Pin
