We are a growing and ambitious Refrigeration & Air Conditioning company looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our next stage of growth.
We’re seeking someone with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the HVAC-R industry, a strong network of contacts, and a proven track record of winning new business and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and secure new commercial opportunities within the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning sector.
✅ Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, facilities management companies, and end users.
✅ Generate new service, maintenance, and installation contracts.
✅ Develop strategic sales plans and achieve agreed revenue targets.
✅ Represent the company professionally and enhance our market presence.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum 10 years of sales/business development experience within Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (HVAC-R).
✔ Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and winning new business.
✔ Strong industry connections and excellent relationship-building skills.
✔ Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Full UK driving licence.
