Responsibilities
- Assist senior stylists with cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing hair treatments while gaining hands-on experience
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored recommendations
- Run your own collumn including services to your level of experiance.
- Support front desk operations including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a welcoming salon environment
- Contribute to upselling retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and salon areas in accordance with health and safety standards
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or completing a recognized hairdressing or barbering apprenticeship program at Level 3 or equivalent
- Demonstrated passion for hairstyling, beauty treatments, and client service excellence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of store management principles is a plus but not essential; eagerness to learn is key
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to mentoring peers and embracing new skills
