Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and in House cocktail specs.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar hospitality role is preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service in a restaurant or bar setting is essential.
