We are seeking a skilled Venetian Plasterer to bring artistry and craftsmanship to high-end interior finishes. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure flawless plaster application
- Mix and match plaster materials to achieve desired textures, colors, and finishes according to project specifications
- Apply multiple layers of Venetian plaster using trowels, spatulas, and other hand tools with precision and care
- Use power tools and fabrication techniques to create custom textures and decorative effects that meet design visions
- Repair and restore existing plaster surfaces, ensuring seamless integration with new work
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials, adhering to safety standards at all times
Skills
- Extensive experience in plastering techniques, specifically Venetian plaster application
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment used in decorative wall finishes
- Skilled in using masonry and fabrication techniques to create textured surfaces with precision
- Experience working with schematics and technical instructions for complex decorative finishes
