Our Redditch site is a key distribution hub within our national network, and we are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our established team.
This is a busy, hands-on warehouse role where accuracy, teamwork and reliability are important.
The Role
Working as part of our warehouse and distribution team, you will help ensure automotive parts are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Your duties will include:
- Picking and packing customer and depot orders accurately.
- Receiving and checking incoming stock.
- Putting away and replenishing stock.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Preparing stock for onward distribution.
- Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems.
- Carrying out stock checks when required.
- Keeping warehouse and working areas clean, organised and safe.
- Safely handling a range of automotive products, including heavier items such as brake discs and exhaust components.
- Working with colleagues to ensure orders are completed and dispatched on time.
- Following all company Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.

Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential as full training will be provided.
