Duties
- Perform a range of beauty treatments including makeup application, skincare, waxing, and other specialised services
- Provide personalised consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver exceptional service
Skills
- Proficiency in makeup application and various beauty therapy techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and aftercare advice
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
