They are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef in the kitchens of a 5-star boutique hotel. The hotel offers a range of busy dining options and it is essential that exceptionally high standards are maintained at all times. The hotel features a 1-rosette restaurant serving quality fresh food, modern British menu as well as serving Afternoon Tea. This is an excellent property and, as Senior Sous Chef, you will assist in leading a brigade of chefs whilst remaining hands-on when service requires. It is important that current standards are maintained and elevated to ensure the venue's continued popularity.
Requirements:
This role would suit a Senior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in their career. It is essential that all applicants have a proven track record of working in a high-volume fresh food operation, to a minimum of 1-rosette standard. Excellent knowledge of current kitchen regulations is also essential for this role.
