Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Team Member to join our growing dental practice. Duties
- Greet patients warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take payments accurately and arrange appointments in a timely manner
- Handle patient enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with setting up and closing down reception to maintain a tidy environment
- Manage payments, including basic maths
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or front of house is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of healthcare/dentistry is advantageous
- Experience in healthcare/dentistry will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Good communication skills with an approachable manner
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
