Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic All Rounder to join our team. Duties
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests or customers in a friendly manner
- Serving food and beverages efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Taking orders accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions with basic maths skills
- Setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift
- Assisting with food preparation or kitchen duties as required to support the team
- Managing time effectively to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Supporting other team members with various tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic maths proficiency for handling transactions and stock counts
- Effective time management to prioritise duties during busy periods
- Friendly demeanour with good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities
