Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and communal areas using appropriate commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored safely
- Follow health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a clean environment that complies with safety regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to appropriate personnel promptly for quick resolution
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards in a school or similar environment
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and buffers efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Reliable with good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to work independently while following instructions accurately

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
