SJO Property Services is looking for a reliable, skilled and hardworking Multi Trader to join our growing team. Day rate to be discussed dependent on experience. The successful candidate will be confident carrying out a variety of property maintenance, repair and renovation works to a high standard. Main Responsibilities * General property maintenance and repairs * Basic plumbing repairs and installations * Basic tiling and bathroom repairs * Painting and decorating * Kitchen and bathroom fitting * Flooring installation and repairs * General building and renovation work * Identifying and resolving maintenance issues * Keeping work areas clean, safe and tidy * Working independently and as part of a team * Communicating professionally with customers and colleagues * Also willing to stay to get the job done when required (overtime will be paid) Requirements * Previous experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar role * Good all-round knowledge of property maintenance and building work * Ability to work to a high standard with attention to detail * Full UK driving licence preferred * Own vehicle preferred/company vehicle can be provided for the right candidate * Own tools preferred * Reliable, punctual and hardworking * Able to work independently and use initiative * Good communication and customer service skills If you're a skilled Multi Trader who takes pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you.
