Job Summary
We are SUS Mortgages, a growing, Directly Authorised (DA) mortgage brokerage looking for experienced, self-motivated self-employed Mortgage Brokers to join our firm.
This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position offering complete autonomy over your schedule. Because we are a DA firm, we are completely free from traditional network restrictions, high fee deductions, and slow payout turnarounds. We handle the heavy compliance lifting so you can focus entirely on providing premium advice, looking after your clients, and maximizing your earning potential.
Duties
- Provide expert, compliant, and ethical mortgage and protection advice to clients based on their unique financial circumstances.
- Source and compare mortgage options across the market using our premium CRM and sourcing tech stack.
- Manage clients seamlessly through the entire application process, from initial enquiry to completion.
- Maintain accurate client files in line with FCA regulations and our internal compliance standards.
- Manage your own pipeline and schedule to generate business and conduct remote client meetings.
Qualifications
- Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of recent, active UK mortgage advising experience.
- A clean compliance record and a thorough understanding of current MCOB regulations and lender criteria.
- Self-motivated mindset with the organizational skills needed to successfully run your own pipeline from a home-based office.
- An existing client bank or strong lead-generation plan to maximize your income.
