Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries appropriately
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar schedules for staff members
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Process invoices and financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized records for easy retrieval
- Assist with onboarding new employees and support administrative tasks related to HR functions
Experience
- Proven experience in an office environment demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Prior administrative experience with data entry, clerical duties, and document management
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar financial software is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
