We are a passionate, family run service with over 25 years collective experience working with Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults services across the Keynsham Area.
We provide wrap around support and housing for Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults aged 16-21 where previous trauma continues to impact on their life.
We are looking to recruit candidates who are committed to making a difference, have fun, actively support and develop Children, Young People with their journey to independence.
Our young peoples home will have very challenging young people and we need confident staff that can see the young person behind the emotional and challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities/ Skills:
- Promote independence through individual support planning, empowerment, promoting life skills, positive, preventative approach and promoting development of managed risk
- To encourage individuality, confidence and self-esteem to achieve the best outcomes for our Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults
- Working in partnership with team members and external agencies to ensure safeguarding
- Accurate record keeping

Experience/ Qualifications
- Experience is preferred but not essential

About the role:
Making a difference and working alongside our children, young people and young people to achieve their dreams, goals and outcomes. Using inventive ways to support our clients to develop independence skills, fulfil their goals, maximise outcomes and build their ambitions.
The maximum salary is inclusive of two night shifts and 30 hours per week required on a rota basis.
