Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Business Operations Executive to oversee and optimise online sales channels. Duties
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Supervise team members involved in order fulfilment, customer support, and administrative tasks
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional campaigns across multiple online platforms
- Monitor website performance and collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards
- Lead training sessions for new staff and provide ongoing leadership to team members
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within an e-commerce or retail environment
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing online sales platforms and digital marketing tools is desirable
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfilment processes
- Previous experience in analysing sales metrics to inform strategic decisions is advantageous
