Rate: £650 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Psychologist to join our growing team, supporting schools and families across Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional looking for flexible, well-paid work while making a meaningful impact on children and young people.
The Role
As an Educational Psychologist, you will work with schools, parents, and multi-agency professionals to assess, support, and improve outcomes for children and young people with a range of educational, emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting psychological assessments for children and young people.
- Completing Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments and providing statutory advice where required.
- Producing high-quality psychological reports with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Working collaboratively with schools, families, and local authority professionals.
- Providing consultation and advice to educational settings.
- Supporting positive outcomes for children with SEND.
About You
You will have:
- A recognised qualification in Educational Psychology.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience completing statutory assessments and writing high-quality reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centred practice.
