- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Provide attentive table service by checking on guests regularly and responding promptly to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space throughout your shift.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Promote daily specials, upsell menu items, and create a lively atmosphere that encourages guest engagement.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender or waitress in a busy hospitality setting is preferred we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of basic drink mixing techniques and familiarity with standard POS (Point of Sale) systems is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
