Position: Full-Time
Boba Tigers, a vibrant and growing sushi and bubble tea restaurant, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Sushi Chef to lead our team and take our sushi experience to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and ensure a great food experience for customers.
- Demonstrate exceptional knife skills and expertise in salmon and tuna cutting.
- Prepare high-quality nigiri, sashimi, and sushi rolls.
- Manage and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Create and oversee staff rotas to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Drive sales results and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety in line with regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience as a sushi chef.
- Proven expertise in knife skills, salmon and tuna cutting, and sushi preparation, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Full-time availability, with flexibility to adapt to restaurant needs.
- A passion for delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
