The Lowdown:
Fresh is best — you'll be cooking with real ingredients on our fan-favourite menu, not defrosting your way through a shift.
Cool under pressure — when the sun's out and the orders are flying, you stay calm, quick, and in control.
Must have a pulse (and a personality) — we work hard but we like a laugh. If you can't handle a bit of kitchen banter, this probably isn't your spot.
