We are seeking a dedicated Property Prep Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for end of tenancy cleans getting properties ready for occupancy.
This role requires a proactive approach with really excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with equipment that we provide. You will either work as part of a team or by yourself again with us always on hand. If you don’t have any experience please don’t worry – we provide full training and are always on hand to help.
We supply a vehicle so you will need a full licence.
Duties
- Cleaning every element of a property so it looks lovely and shiny.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures (which we can teach you).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to property preparation.
- Driving licence aged over 21

Pay: £15.50-£20.00 per hour
