About Us:
Bar Coast & Harry’s Lounge are two exciting venues offering very different experiences, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic bartenders to join our team!
Bar Coast is a vibrant nightclub hosting a wide range of events throughout the year, from LatinoFest every Friday to house and garage nights. It’s fast-paced, lively and all about creating an unforgettable night for our guests.
Harry’s Lounge is our relaxed pool and sports bar, offering a more laid-back atmosphere where guests can enjoy great drinks, pool, sports, good music and a social setting.
The Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and outgoing bartenders who love working with people and thrive in a busy hospitality environment.
You’ll be responsible for serving drinks, providing excellent customer service and helping create the atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks and cocktails
- Providing friendly, confident and professional customer service
- Taking orders and handling payments accurately
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked
- Working efficiently during busy periods and events
- Following licensing, health & safety and hygiene procedures
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth service
- Helping create a fun, welcoming and energetic atmosphere for our guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic, friendly and confident people
- Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Able to work well as part of our team
- Available to work evenings, weekends and late nights
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we’re also happy to consider candidates with the right attitude and personality
