We are looking for an experienced and reliable Personal Chef to provide high-quality meals within a private residence.
The role will suit an experienced cook who is confident preparing both Indian and traditional English cuisine and is comfortable cooking for both the principal and occasional guests.
This is a flexible position, with the successful candidate expected to work around the household's requirements and occasional social events.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality Indian and English meals.
- Plan meals and menus based on preferences and requirements.
- Prepare food for occasional dinners and gatherings.
- Cook for guests when required.
- Manage food preparation and ensure ingredients are fresh and appropriately stored.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
- Assist with menu planning and provide recommendations based on experience.
- Work independently and manage preparation around agreed timings.
- Cater for dietary requirements and allergies where required.
About you:
- Previous experience as a Chef, Private Chef or experienced Cook.
- Strong ability to prepare both Indian and English cuisine.
- High standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Comfortable cooking for small groups and private gatherings.
- Reliable, discreet and professional.
- Flexible with working hours and able to accommodate occasional events.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
