Our company provide ICT support to primary schools across Essex, and are seeking a self-motivated ICT Technician to make on-site visits to clients.
The role requires the running of ICT infrastructure and software, and solving ICT issues at clients’ premises. You should have sound knowledge of networking, hardware and software technical support, and hold a full UK driving license with vehicle capable of travelling to clients across Essex.

Job Purpose:
To assist and support the smooth running of our clients’ work by assisting schools with their networks and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities and Accountability:
1. Visit clients on-site, be on time and presentable.
2. Point of contact to schools via on-site visits for technical support.
3. Advising schools of best ICT practices.
4. Check computer equipment and fix any outstanding problems which may have arisen.
5. Liaise with external companies on behalf of the schools to resolve specific issues.
6. Perform diagnostics and repairs on equipment.
7. Work within health and safety rules of the client’s environment.
8. Any other responsibilities as reasonably required by the Directors.
Requirements:
· Full UK Driving License and own vehicle
· Knowledge of Microsoft 365
· Undertake an Enhanced DBS check if current portable DBS is not held
· Hold a Level 3 qualification or above in ICT
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
