Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Manage office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to keep the workspace well-stocked and functional
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a cohesive team environment
- Coordinate human resources activities including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting benefits administration
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar accounting software to manage invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls appropriately
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items to support team productivity
- Implement organizational systems to streamline workflows and improve overall office efficiency
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable financial management software
- Extensive clerical and administrative experience within a professional office setting
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively liaise with staff, clients, and vendors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills
- Previous experience supervising teams or managing human resources functions is highly desirable
- Familiarity with office procedures, policies, and best practices in maintaining a productive work environment
