Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following all safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
- Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or snacks to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times.
- Assist with food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to deliver timely service.
- Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, providing excellent guest services to foster repeat business.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and keep track of tabs for multiple parties efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; a passion for guest service is essential.
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts smoothly while maintaining quality service.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and transactions.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
