Steadfast Construction Ltd is looking to recruit experienced and reliable Multi-Traders to join our growing team, delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects within occupied and void social housing properties.
We are seeking individuals who take pride in their workmanship, can work independently, and are committed to delivering an excellent finish while maintaining a professional approach on site.
Typical Works Include:
- Full kitchen installations
- Full bathroom installations
- General joinery and carpentry works
- First and second fix plumbing
- Wall and floor tiling
- Plastering and patch repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Making good following installation works
- General multi-trade repairs associated with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience carrying out kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Ability to complete a variety of multi-trade tasks to a high standard
- Own tools and transport
- Valid CSCS card (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
