About Pound Fabrics
Pound Fabrics is one of the UK's leading online fabric retailers, serving thousands of customers every week through our website and online marketplaces. As a growing family-run business, we're committed to innovation, continuous improvement and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
We're looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to take complete ownership of our Amazon business. This isn't a role for someone who simply maintains listings—we're looking for someone who can grow the channel, identify opportunities, improve performance and deliver measurable commercial results.
If you're commercially minded, analytical, proactive and enjoy taking ownership, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As our Amazon Marketplace Manager, you'll take complete ownership of the Pound Fabrics Amazon business.
Your objective is simple: build Amazon into one of the company's largest and most profitable sales channels.
You'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day management, optimisation and growth of the account. We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage Amazon—they continually improve it, identify opportunities, solve problems independently and drive measurable commercial results.
This is a role for someone with an ownership mentality. We expect you to proactively identify opportunities, implement improvements without waiting for instructions and continually optimise every aspect of the Amazon business. Leadership should only need to review performance, discuss strategy and support major decisions—not manage the day-to-day operation.
