- Ensuring flawless collaboration with 3pl warehouses and Val service based on quality requirements (including an automated Kitting line)
- Analyse process and initiate improvements to gain efficiency and simplification and cost-efficient way of working
- Sets clear targets, gives feedback, prioritize work and evaluates team performance
- Creating development requirements and initiating process improvement activities in the own responsibility area in alignment with Logistics & Supply Chain end to end strategy.
- Daily 3PL issue management
- 3PL governance
- Escalation management
- KPI tracking & performance reporting
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Inventory accuracy oversight
- Invoice accuracy & validation
Personal Qualities:

Analytical and strategical leadership

Ability to develop and implement vision based on group strategy

IT-savvy, with a good understanding of Logistics systems;

Functional Knowledge:

Fluent knowledge of the English langauage

Knowledge of distribution networks and logistics.
Experience:

Min 5 years of experience in Logistics management and leading people.

Min bachelor in relevant field or equivalent by experience
