Job description:
Sous Chef – wanted to join a busy hospitality group located in Pitlochry, Perthshire. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic person with a strong culinary back round to join our kitchens in Pitlochry.
This role is suitable for candidates looking for full time employment. We offer employment over a 5 days on 2 days off schedule working 45 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have completed culinary training and proven longevity on cv with 2 years previous experience and references to confirm.
Knowledge of HACCP, a high standards in food preparation, cooking and presenting is essential.
This role requires an understanding of food safety standards and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a sense of urgency.
