We’re looking for a Mixologist to join our team in Horsham.
We run a busy cocktail bar & restaurant and need someone who’s properly confident behind the bar - not just following recipes, but understanding drinks, flavours, and how to look after our guests.
Minimum requirements:
- Have solid bar experience
- Know your classics without thinking twice
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced service
- Take pride in what you’re making
- Late night and weekend availability
You’ll be:
- Making consistently good cocktails
- Keeping the bar running smoothly during service
- Getting involved with new drinks and menu ideas
- Looking after customers properly, not just serving them
