We are seeking a professional and personable Beauty Therapist/Receptionist to join our esteemed salon team. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including makeup application, skincare, massage, pedicure, manicures, gels, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, assisting with appointment scheduling and enquiries to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide personalised consultations to clients regarding beauty treatments and products.
- Manage the reception area efficiently, handling phone calls, booking appointments, and processing payments accurately.
- Promote salon services and products to maximise client satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer expert advice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in makeup application and beauty therapy is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Organised with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- A genuine passion for beauty and skincare with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Previous experience working in a reception or administrative at least 2 years experience.
