Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly to ensure timely service
- Support cooking processes by following recipes and food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and plating to uphold quality standards
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to meet health regulations
- Stock kitchen supplies and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages
- Collaborate with team members to streamline kitchen operations and improve efficiency
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of catering, meal preparation, and food safety practices is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with cooking, food preparation, and kitchen equipment operation
- Familiarity with culinary techniques and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
