A new exciting vacancy has become available at The Secret Spa for the first time in over 2 years.
Nestled in the Heart of the country village of Stockton Heath, located in Warrington, Cheshire is The Secret Spa. Established in 2018, The Secret Spa is a business that is client and employee focused. We believe the key to a successful and happy spa, is team work and great customer service.
We are looking for someone to join our fun and friendly team of 7. The perfect candidate must be holistic, kind and who is passionate about people and their profession!
The ideal therapist will need to deliver exceptional spa treatments, ensuring the clients experience, relaxation and overall wellbeing is cared for when they visit.
Due to the location of the spa, our days are busy with regulars and we have a great sense of community. If your looking to build a solid clientele, meaningful relationships with people and feel truly valued and appreciated- this is the job for you.
We only work with the best brands in the industry such as; Elemis, Hydrafacial, Lycon, Bio-Sculpture and more. We aim to create a luxury experience for everyone at a reasonable price.

Requirements
- Provide a variety of treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, Japanese head spa, body waxing and other holistic therapies.
- Be able to work Tue-Sat inc evenings. Rota to be discussed in interview.
- Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and skincare routines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment rooms and equipment
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and attending to clients needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role within a wellness or beauty environment
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of treatment delivery and hygiene standards
- Massage L3, Facials L3, Body Waxing inc Intimate.
