Wet Room Installer / Bathroom Fitter (CIS)
Location: Sandwell & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-time – CIS Subcontractor
Pay: Excellent rates – Negotiable depending on experience, quality of work and turnaround times.

WeConstructUK Ltd is a growing social housing contractor delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works across the Midlands. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Wet Room Installer to join our team.
This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work for the right person.
The Role
You'll be responsible for completing wet room installations from start to finish, including:
- Rip out and preparation works.
- Plumbing alterations.
- Bedding shower trays with the correct falls.
- Tanking and waterproofing.
- Installing wall boards/wall tiles
- Fitting sanitaryware
- Silicone finishing and final snagging.
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and cleanliness.
Please note: Electrical works and floor coverings are completed by other trades.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience installing wet rooms from start to finish.
- Ability to correctly bed shower trays and achieve the required falls.
- High-quality finish with excellent attention to detail.
- Own van and tools.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card (essential).
- Reliable and able to work independently.
