Job Description:
Are you an experienced sales leader with a background in a call centre or telesales environment? Our leading clinic, based on prestigious Harley Street, is looking for a driven and experienced Call Centre Sales Team Leader to build and lead our growing patient advisory team.
About the Role
You will take ownership of our call centre sales function, converting enquiries into consultations, managing patient communications, and building a high-performing team from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who wants to shape a team and process rather than step into an existing one.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, training and eventually building out a team of Sales & Patient Advisors
- Managing inbound and outbound patient calls and enquiries
- Converting leads into consultations and treatment bookings
- Overseeing patient communications via phone, email and WhatsApp
- Setting and monitoring sales targets, KPIs and call quality standards
- Managing the CRM system and ensuring accurate patient records
- Coaching team members on sales technique and patient handling
- Reporting performance to senior management
What We're Looking For:
- Previous sales experience in a call centre environment is essential, ideally in a team leader or supervisory capacity
- Experience in hair transplant, trichology, aesthetic or dental clinic sales is desirable but not essential
- Proven experience leading or supervising a sales/call centre team
- Confident, professional telephone manner with strong closing skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and CRM proficiency
- Right to work in the UK is required (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
