Duties
- Key responsibilities include managing and registering applicants, arranging viewings, and obtaining local market information.
- Registering applicants and maintaining accurate records
- Arranging property viewings and gaining feedback.
- Advising clients on effective marketing strategies.
- Marketing properties, which includes creating marketing materials and managing social media campaigns.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential buyers.
- Proven administrative experience in the property sector or similar environment is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
