We’re looking for a London-based landscaper who’s not just skilled with their hands—but willing to teach. The problem in this industry is that knowledge isn’t being passed on. We want to change that.
You’ll work alongside the Rich Soil team on landscaping projects across London, leading the work while mentoring the next generation of landscapers. You’ll be paid fairly for every job, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we do things.
This is not a corporate role. It’s a partnership.
What You’ll Do
- Lead landscaping projects—patios, paths, planting, drainage, and more
- Work alongside the Rich Soil team, teaching as you go
- Bring your own tools and vehicle
- Ensure quality and professionalism on every site
- Help us build a standard of work that lasts
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in landscaping—not just gardening
- Willingness to train and mentor others on the job
- Your own vehicle (van preferred) and tools
- A portfolio that shows your work
- Professional, reliable, and willing to collaborate
