Responsibilities
- Provide personalised beauty consultations, advising clients on suitable products and techniques to achieve their desired look.
- Provide waxing and threading services
- Deliver high-quality customer service by understanding client needs, offering expert advice, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer innovative services.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow.Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs clearly and provide professional advice confidently.
- Prior experience working in a beauty salon or similar environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for specific techniques as needed.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
