As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment function by attracting, assessing and engaging exceptional candidates who share our passion for delivering outstanding care.
What you'll do:
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll manage the recruitment journey from vacancy approval through to verbal offer. You'll proactively source candidates, conduct structured pre-screening interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers across the business, you'll play a key role in ensuring we recruit the right people, at the right time, while promoting our values and employer brand.
What we're looking for:
· Experience managing recruitment campaigns or high-volume recruitment activity.
· Strong candidate attraction, sourcing and telephone pre-screening skills.
· Experience coordinating interviews and building positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
· Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communication skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
· A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and recruiting people who align with our values.
