The Role:
Construction Logistics Manager required in London
Optima site solutions ltd are currently recruiting for a Logistics Manager on an office fit out project.
You will be responsible for running the day to day logistics operations for the site.
As a Logistics Manager you will:
- Hold a valid CSCS Card
- Hold a valid SMSTS/SSSTS certificate
- Be able to lead a team giving clear instructions
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have previous experience in a similar role on a large commercial construction project.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Implement and maintain project safety standards and procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in logistics management or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
