The SIAM Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) Manager is accountable for leading and governing the end-to-end Service Asset and Configuration Management process across a complex multi-supplier environment. The role is outcome-focused, ensuring that asset and configuration information is accurate, reliable, and effectively managed throughout its lifecycle to support service delivery, operational decision-making, and risk management. The SACM Manager will provide strategic oversight of the CMDB and asset management practices, drive cross-supplier compliance with SACM policies and standards, and ensure configuration data integrity across the service landscape. Through effective governance, supplier management, stakeholder engagement, and continual improvement, the role contributes to enhanced service visibility, improved operational resilience, reduced service risk, and the delivery of measurable business value.
