About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be a key point of contact for customers reaching out with questions, concerns, and requests. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate records, and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and genuine care.
What You'll Do
Customer Support & Communication
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat
- Listen carefully to understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions
- Resolve account, billing, and service-related concerns efficiently
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
- Deliver a consistently positive experience during every interaction
Relationship Management
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalised, attentive support
- Maintain professionalism and empathy across every conversation
- Follow up with customers when needed to confirm complete satisfaction
- Anticipate customer needs and offer proactive solutions where possible
Documentation & Records
- Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and internal systems
- Maintain up-to-date customer records with attention to detail
- Complete data entry and administrative tasks efficiently
- Follow company procedures and confidentiality standards
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
